This very quiet and airy 3rd floor apartment with lift (though on entry you have to climb approx 10 stairs) is in the charming old town of Nice and less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and Nice city centre. Windows are facing a pedestrian street and have very typical old town views.

The living room has dining table and 4 chairs a large sofabed and comfy chair and fan - there is a flat screen TV and DVD player with english news - including BBC world, Sky news and CNN - and free of charge Wifi/ADSL internet access - it is stylishly furnished with some nice lights to add to the ambiance.
Bathroom
A super modern bathroom has a bath and shower/bath attachment and modern style hand basin - there is a separate toilet in the hallway.
Kitchen
Dining area with a fully fitted kitchen (including oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine) offers plenty of room for relaxing.
