There is a large 6 meter balcony (very quiet) overlooks rear of building and mountains in distance and catches the afternoon sun (there is sun canopy) The studio is lovely but the uniqueness of this property is the roof swimmingpool and sunbathing area (there is a 2nd paddling pool for toddlers) which is located on 8th floor - and the sunbathing/clubhouse area (perfect for ejoying a snack and glass of wine) which is located on 7th floor - these both face fully south and offer unique views over the baie des Anges and and beach area. For sun lovers this is unique as the only independent apartment building in this location with roof pool.
