This 6th floor apartment (with lift) has been completely refurbished throughout. On entry you have a very spacious and bright livingroom - with large (very comfy) double sofa/bed.

This apartment is south facing and has large double windows that open fully to get the daytime sun - The apartment is located 30 meters in its own pedestrian cul-de-sac (which makes it very very quiet). A top of range large flat screen TV (english news channels) and free internet Wifi, DVD - and CD/Hi-Fi and IPOD docking station.

The bathroom has a full bath and shower in bath also there is a washing machine in bathroom. There is a seperate WC.

There is a fully equipped american kitchen and dining area (table and 4 chairs) the kitchen has a dishwasher/oven/cooking plate/ microwave/kettle and toaster.

However access to the Promenade and beaches is literally only 30 meters away. This is a very nice bright and light apartment located in a very quiet Art Deco building - perfect for a couple that want to be in a quiet location but also very near to the beach and central Nice and resturants.

There is an additional charge of 100 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
