The apartment has a upstairs mezzanine area - there are is a King size double bed.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is located in perfect postion - with direct access onto Place Massena which is heart of Nice and 2 minutes walk to old town and 5 minutes to the beach. The apartment is at the rear of building (and double glazed) so very quiet - whilst being in the heart of all activities.
FLOOR/BUILDING
The apartment is on 3rd floor (there is a lift from 1st - 3rd floors) - you have to on entry climb approx 15 stairs to reach the initial lift landing (on the 1st floor) The apartment is very bright due to the 2 double length door/windows that face directly south.
Living Area
On entry you have a bright livingroom with double sofa there is full size TV and DVD (a selection of DVD films) - cable TV (including english news channel CNN and BBC world) and free internet access either Wifi/ ethernet - there are 2 double doors/windows that open onto a very sunny balcony. The livingroom has a centrally mounted air conditioning unit the cools the whole room. The apartment is at rear of building facing south - so gets sun and is very quiet.
Bathroom
There is a shower-room with hand basin and WC located on the mezzanine area.
Kitchen
In the living area there is an american kitchen with fridge/freezer, 2 plate cooking plate, microwave Nespresso coffee machine (shop is below apartment) and cooking untensils.
