The master bedroom has a luxury kingsize double bed and armchair and a beautiful classic period wardrobe - the master bedroom is at the rear of apartment and very quiet. The 2nd twin bedroom has 2 good quality single beds and armchair.

The apartment is located in the most prestigious area of the Carre d'Or in Nice only 30 meters from Promenade des Anglais and the beach - and between the Hotels Le Palais de Mediterranee and The Negresco - surrounded by local resturants and only 100 meters from Pedestrian zone and approx 700 meters to the old town - making this a perfect central location.

The apartment is located on 1st floor with lift.

On entry you have a hallway which leads into the dining area - with a beautiful dining table and 4 chairs - covered by a stunning chandelier. Into the livingroom itself you have a large sofa/bed and 2 comfy leather armchairs - there is a cupboard with large TV and DVD player and english Satelite programmes (inc BBC, ITV and Skynews) there is a writing/computer desk with ADSL connection and Wifi and phone for incoming calls. The livingroom catches the afternoon sun through large double windows.

There is a shower-room has a wash basin, WC and large walk-in shower.

In the sunny kitchen (which is fully equipped) with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and full cooking appliances, prepare a wonderful lunch to enjoy with friends on the cozy outdoor terrace in the shade, overlooking the quiet nearby buildings.

There is an additional charge of 140 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
