The studio is on the 5th floor (no lift) of a 300 year old ex-monastary - the building is full of character. The apartment has 2 large double/door windows which are double glazed (very quiet) which also make apartment very light.
Living Area
The studio has been completely renovated and newly furnished with airconditioning. In the living area you have a new Toshiba flat screen TV, (English HD Sat TV - with BBC, ITV) DVD and Video (with DVD and Video library) a good quality JVC stereo system. There is a phone (for incoming calls) and ADSL/wifi internet access free of charge. The studio is charming and sunny and bright - with 2 full length window (double glazed) doors - so also very quiet.
Bathroom
There is a modern clean shower-room with mosiac tiles throughout - this has high quality shower and wash basin and WC.
Kitchen
The kitchen area with fridge freezer, 2 hob cooking plates, microwave grill, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils - breakfast bar and a very nice covered balcony (ideal for outdoor summer dining) with lounging chair and table and 2 dining chairs (there is a washing machine on balcony) The views from the balcony are of rooftops and mountains - there are lights on balcony for sitting out in evening.
