This lovely 1 bedroom apartment located in elegant belle epoque building - The 6th floor apartment (with lift) has been stylishly and tastefully reburbished and furnished.

There is a large and spacious living room - with dining table and 4 chairs - a sofabed (doublebed) and storage cupboards and Sony Flatscreen TV - with english Satelite TV, BBC, ITV and Sky news etc, DVD, stereo and MP3 speakers. Being on 6th (top floor) the room gets plenty of sun and overlooks gardens below.

There is a large walkin shower - WC and handbasin.

You have a modern and bright kitchen (with 2 plate hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine)

There is an additional charge of 100 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
