Go Nice is a fully registered French Real Estate company SARL (Carte Professionnelle 2298G) for Rentals (Gestion) and (Carte Professionnelle 5816T) for Sales (Transcation) Insured by CGAIM your money is safe and you are guaranteed a quality level of service in both property and professionalism - Established in 2003 Go Nice has grown to be the premier rental agency in the Nice area serving over 3000 rentals to date – we have gained the experience and expertise to make sure you are completely satisfied with your stay and come back and stay again (as many people do).
At Go Nice our aim to help you the renter have a great holiday and to do whatever we can to help you enjoy staying and holidaying in Nice and surrounding areas our range of properties offer many options and prices from studios, large apartments through to penthouses and villas.
Our commitment to supplying quality accommodation combined with personal and professional service is the core to our business philosophy and the properties that we have available are of the highest standard and set-up to cater for the holiday rental customers.
We have personally inspected all our properties – and work with the owners to take them to a level of presentation and equipment to satisfy the sophisticated traveler – they will have been professionally cleaned prior to any arrival – and supplied with quality linens and towels.
We realize that your holiday is one of the most important and pleasurable times of the year and we aim to assist with supplying you with great accommodation and service to make sure you have the holiday you deserve. We have an office in central Nice 11bis rue du Congres, Nice and many guests come by to visit – we would be delighted to see you in the future months.
PAUL MANION - Company Director
I have lived and worked in Nice since summer 1999 – previously working in London in for Robert Bosch Ltd for 10 years in corporate sales and prior to that in estate management in West London. After working full-time and studying for a part-time degree in Business Administration (2:1) my brain had enough and followed by the rest of me I decided I wanted a lifestyle change and headed of to go Skiing in Grenoble (in French alps) and see where my Ski’s took me – after 3 months it was a train that took me to Nice. Arriving on 1st June 1999 and sitting on the Promenade beer in hand enjoying the sunshine and sights I decided to make Nice my home. I decided that if going to stay here long term I was going to do things right – so I gained the Carte Proffesionelle (the pre-requirement for any legal sales or rental agency) and set up a French registered property rental and sales company. I am based in office in Nice and often out and about seeing owners and renters and trying to keep things smoothly moving along. 10 years down the line from moving to Nice I love Nice, the promenade, the light, the food (amongst other things) even more and gain great pleasure from my work and helping people equally enjoy Nice and its surrounds.
MERILYN GO – Bookings Manager
Merilyn joined Go Nice in April 2008 – previously working many years in hospitality industry and more recently the yachting world working on some of the super mega yachts – having gained her degree in Hotel and restaurant Management originally from Philippines – Merilyn decided to move to Hong Kong working in tourism – this led her to the yachting industry and her husband and 3 lovely children – moving to Nice 10 years ago she continued to work in the pressurized and demanding environment of the mega yachts - As you can imagine the skills needed to service these very demanding clients are extremely high and Merilyn has brought these skills in abundance to my company – extremely organized and conscientious with good humour and easy smile but the ability to focus exactly on job in hand - Merilyn manages all the daily emails/bookings and liaison with renting clients.
JACK PARADIUK - Expert handyman
Jack has been working with me for 3 years – Conscientious and hardworking Jack is from Poland he moved to Nice with his wife Agnes and now has a beautiful daughter Vanessa – being Polish Jack is a man of many talents (including fluent English of course) – from small jobs to big jobs Jack lay his hand to solve any issue – setting up his company 2 year ago – Jack works independently from me – however we work closely together in terms of solving issues for owners and renters alike – whether the key is stuck in the door or it is a complete refurbishment of an apartment – Jack is around and willing to help – when a problem arises – it is always a case of Just call Jack!
PATRICK MANION (my father) - Public Relations Manager
Pat has been around a bit he is 83 years young and seen a few things - being an accountant, volunteer in Africa and working for UN…amongst things. As for his company role not quite sure how I can summarize what he does – but think we will go with Public Relations Manager for both Go Nice and Nice itself - he certainly he enjoys Nice and can often be seen walking the Promenade and watching the world go by - and meeting the various guests that pop into the office giving recommendations of places to visit and places to eat…..and of course where to go for afternoon tea. In terms of work he offers words of guidance and wisdom that you gain through age and experience and has certainly helped me in my philosophy to my work and attitude to clients – being that the most important things is treat people with respect help them enjoy themselves and their holiday and work with a smile on your face and of course enjoy life!. Pat shares his time between Nice and London.
