On entry you have stairs on your right to the large mezzanine bedroom area - which houses the king size bed and the shower room (with toilet and bidet).
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The old town of Nice is just a 2 minute stroll away and the pedestrian zone and resturants 50 meters. There is plenty of storage in the bedroom and it also contains a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
FLOOR/BUILDING
A lovely 1 bedroom apartment in a prestigious location (50 meters from Le Meridien hotel) and 100 meters from beach and promenade des Anglais, it has partial sea views and overlooking the Albert 1st gardens. This 2nd floor apartment (with lift) has a very cosy and comfortable feel

The apartment is bright as light comes in from its large double height window. In the livingroom area - there is a quality sofa bed - flat screen TV (with english Satelite TV, BBC, ITV and Sky news etc) and HiFi and IPOD docking station - there is also internet access ADSL/Wifi Free of charge and phone line for incoming calls, dining table with 4 chairs and bookshelf - there is a new quality air conditioning unit whichs cools the whole apartment thoroughly.
Bathroom
There is a full shower-room in the upstairs mezzanine area (including toilet) and downstairs there is a 2nd large independent toilet with wash basin and washing machine/dryer.
Kitchen
There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge, full oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster - with full cooking utensils
Amenities
There is a lovely cute east/south facing balcony that gets the morning sun from which you can see the sea - and overlook the Albert 1st gardens. This is a really lovely apartment - very tastefully furnished and in a great location and a perfect base for couples to explore and enjoy Nice.
