   THis apartment is ideally situated just of the promenade and central to all ameneties and transport links. The apartment is easy to find on arrival and has absoltely everything we needed for our noliday. It is also very convenient to shops, bakeries etc., Paul, the rental agent, is very attentive and helpful. There is plenty of information in the apartment regarding transport timetables, fares and links and of course the interesting and beautiful places one might like to visit.My husband and I loved our stay there and intend to return again very soon.

   Stayed in this apt last week in September, talk about easy access to everything.. 15 mins from the airport and you get dropped off across the road from your apt.. The apt that has everything tv, dvd, washing machine, dryer, oven, micro, dishwasher very spacious and the couch is to die for. Everything is on your doorstep from the promenade to the negresco hotel… I loved my stay here and am definantley goin back next year… everything I wanted was accesible and still quiet and relaxing.. Paul and his team were fantastic and very helpful throughout our entire stay

   We stayed in 2 Rue Meyerbeer for 10 days over Easter 2007 , 2 adults and 2 kids ages 13 & 10. We found the apartment perfect for us , bright,airy and surprisingly spacious . (Our children found the DVD player a great surprise and bonus to us !! ).

   Its location is perfect , 15 mins from the airport on the 98 bus , central to the Promendade des Anglais, Old Nice , and the SNCF Gare . Everything we needed was on Rue Meyerbeer- bouchier , boulangerie , cafes and chemist !! .

   We absolutely loved it and are already looking to book this apartment for next year .

   We found Paul and his team most helpful and they made our stay very easy and uncomplicated .

   very spacious, great location, close to everything. Lots of room for two, all new beautiful apartment, sad to leave. Thanks again Paul for everythhing, can;t wait to come back.

   The apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished. Location was excellent. There are lots of quality restaurants on the same street, the beach is 1 minute away and its a short walk to the train station. All in all, we had a fabulous time in Nice and would definitely stay here again!

   The apartment was perfect for our needs. A great space, very comfortable and had all the amenities anyone would need. It was close to the beach, train station (perfect for exploring the Cote d’Azur) and many sights and museums in Nice.
   Paul was very helpful and would highly recommend both him and his apartment.

   The apartment was very homely, in a great location for buses the train station and just a minute down the road to the beach and the beautiful Mediterranean sea. There was lots of sights and museums to see within walking distance. We had a wonderful time!!!!
