This is a lovely apartment.Clean, bright and in a very central location. The outstanding feature has to be the the front terrace for sunbathing during the day and a glass of chilled rose at night. The rear terrace offers lovely views as well. We could not fault this apartment and it was even better than the pictures on the website.
The key collection and directions were excellent, no problems.
We would definitely use Go-Nice again. Thank you for a wonderful week in Nice!

This is a great apartment for a couple, you are bang in the middle of nice with a great balcony to have breakfast on. walking distance to shops / pubs / restaurants & only 15mins to Train station. I would highly recommend this property.

This is an excellent apartment in a great location with all amenities in easy walking distance.
The sun terrace, which gets the sun all day, is outstanding and really makes the apartment. We have rented the place on five occasions and wouldn’t wish to use anywhere else.

The Go-Nice service was excellent from booking to key collection to departure which was delayed to suit our travel arrangements.

    Highly recommended

We had a great vacation in this great appartment. Directly on the pedestrian street, supermarket and shopping around the corner, 2 minutes to the beach, and a great sunny terasse with all day sun.
Go-Nice services are fantastic. From booking, to arrival and information during our stay, the service is fast and precise.

This apartment is located on the pedestrian zone in Nice. Excellent restaurants line this busy street (would highly recommend Villa D’este)together with shops of all kinds. The bakery around the corner is great for croissants and also the Spar shop located on the same street is great for a bottle of wine! The beach is only a short stroll away which is great.
The apartement itself is fantastic, especially if you like to dine alfresco! The balcony is great, really spacious and ideal for catching some sun too. This for us was definitly the best part. The worst part is the lift…it is tiny and needs to be handled with care!
The team at Go-Nice are very helpful and it was a pleasure booking this holiday with them. The welcome hamper on arrival was a lovely touch and really appreciated.
I would highly recommend this company and look forward to returning to Nice again soon.

The apartment was ideally located and the terraces superb it had a fabulous aircon system essential for summertime in the south of france and was well planned out for holiday accommodation. It was nice to see a positive approach to holiday letting and the odd useful things left by previous guests still around to be used again. We particularly appreciated the comprehensive folder of information and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. The Go-Nice team were very helpful and prompt to respond to queries, we would have no hesitation in booking with you again. Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment in Rue De France is in a perfect location, surrounded by lots of cafes/restaurants, it is very close to the Promenade for enjoying long walks or simply sitting and people watching and it is also ideal for visiting the various shops in the surrounding nearby streets. There was a Spar shop round the corner which was fantastic and well stocked with everything you would need and they do fantastic rotisserie chickens which we really recommend.

The apartment itself had everything we needed. The terrace was perfect to sit out in the evenings and the conservatory was a lovely way to start the day by having our breakfast there. Rooms were a good size and the bed was comfortable, there was a spacious wardrobe and good drawer storage in the bedroom.

Although Rue De France is a pedestrian area and busy with lots of shops and restaurants we found being on the 5th floor it was very quite at night and we didn’t get disturbed at all.

All in all we recommend this apartment and Go Nice who were very helpful and answered any questions we had. We would go back and stay there again.
