What a great apartment to stay in, big and airy - so close to everything - Avenue des Anglaise and the pedestrian area - 15 mins to station - wonderful and Paul you must also have organised the weather! Thank you for all your help very very professional.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our 2 week stay at 4, rue Meyerbeer. We travel to Nice yearly but this was the first time we rented an apartment - a wonderful experience with Paul Manion and Riviera Rentals. The apartment was clean, well equipped and close to everything the city offers. We are already planning our next year’s holiday and hope to have the same apartment for years to come!

This is a very elegant stylish 2 bedroon apt. Fits 4 comfortably, but 6 can stay too if needed. Location is ideal - half a block from Blue Beach, and not too noisy. We stayed there for 5 weeks, and enjoyed every moment. Paul Manion was very helpful and considerate in getting us set up with everything we needed and troubleshooting quirks. We definitely recommend working with him.

A very efficient booking service and Paul was very helpful and ultimately very flexible. The apartment is lovely, the chandeliers are so elegant. It is roomy, very comfortable and well equipped, although close to busy areas the flat itself is quiet. It is well situated, close to the Promenade des Anglais, about a 15 minute walk to the old town. Close to a reliable bus service too and from the airport. The shops on Rue Meyerbeer include butcher baker but not a candlestick maker however the Italian deli and fruit and vegetable shops make up for that. Just off Rue Meyerbeer, along the Rue de France/Rue de Messina are plenty of restaurants. If you need any help in deciding what to do the Tourist Information is 5 minutes away. Nice has a lot to offer, we had a lovely time there

After 3 years (and many weeks) of renting the apartment at rue Meyerbeer we consider it “chez nous” many thanks to Paul for making it possible. The apartment is central, has lovely ammeneties and has always added to our “bons souvenirs de Nice” merci!

The apartment was everything we hoped for. Roomy and comfortable. Very nicely appointed. Everything from the way it was professionnaly cleaned to the bright and airy kitchen was great. A grill on back patio would be nice! Location was perfect. We would recommend it to all our friends.

Paul and his team were fantastic.

We loved the apartment and it was incredibly well stocked with every possible pot pan plate and glass, not that we needed to eat in with the variety of restaurants at our doorstep!

    Thanks for a great stay.

We spent a great week in Nice (first time) at 4 Rue Meyerbeer. The arrangements were handled exceptionally well by Paul and the team at Go-Nice from initial booking, to key collection, to our exit at the end. The apartment is really well kitted out, very spacious, a wonderful feel to it and exceptionally well located less than 2 minutes walk to the beach and very close to the main eating/shopping areas in Nice. The balcony is small and has no views but the proximity to the beach/amenities more than made up for it. I will be back.
