   I would like too say a big “thank you” to Paul @ Rivierra Rentals for a fabulous apartment which we booked last minute due to being let down by another company.Our apartment “ticked” every box, we had a wonderful time and we now know the first place too call when looking for accomdation on the french riviera, thanks again Paul …..Stuart.

   The apartment was lovely, modern, fresh & clean and the air conditioning was very effective. There was a very informative welcome pack left for our information when we arrived including street maps and the Ligne d’Azur bus route map. The central location was ideal (close to the beach / train station / bus station / supermarket) and we could sit on the balcony with a glass of wine late into the evenings watching the world go by. Noise was never a problem though as once the shutters were pulled across and the windows closed you couldn’t hear a thing outside.
   Previous occupants had left everything you need for the beach (parasol, beach mats etc.) which was very handy. Nice is beautiful, especially in the evenings when the promenade is all lit up.
   I would thoroughly recommend both the apartment, and also Riviera Rentals to anyone looking for a family holiday on the Cote d’Azur. We will DEFINITELY be back again.

   Having lived in Nice before I knew Jean Medicin was a great location with regards to accessibility to the Old Town(5 mins walk), the promenade(2 mins walk), the airport(15-30mins by bus-bus stop 5 min walk from Casino Ruhl)It is located the better end of Jean Medicin(do not be put off if you arrive by train, the train station and surrounding area is no reflection of the beauty in store)
   The apartments, with a shared hallway were a delight, both spacious and cosy they boasted new kitchens bathrooms and decor throughout. They were a pleasure to stay in. We were pleasantly surprised by how well they were fitted out with numerous towels, bed linen, iron, hairdryer to name but a few. Definitely a must stay if you wish to see the city and old town. Fabulous for a couple/set of friends. Paul made the rent so effortless, collect the keys and the apartment was ready.

   Within easy walking distance of everything. Rue Jean B Medecin is the main shopping street that is perpendicular to Rue Massena the main restaurant street. The apartment is very modern and clean. Everything new and in good working order. The balcony is quite small but this was not a problem as we were unlucky enough to choose a time when the street was having major roadworks so the noise kept us off the balcony. An excellent place from which to see Nice.

   Key collection service and directions to the apartment worked like clockwork.
   The apartment was exactly as described in the brochure - light, airy and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped, excellent AVs. Generous supply of bedlinen, towels, cleaning material - even a good hairdryer! Situation is perfect - directly opposite Galeries Lafayette and within walking distance of everything.
   We frequently visit Nice. This is the first time we have used Riveira Rentals but will certainly not be the last.
   Paul - you were a great help - thanks for everything.

   First of all Thank you Paul. It was a great apartment. We stayed in this two bedroom apartment for one week and I just can say that it was wonderful. It’s comfortable at the same time luxurious. It’s in middle of the shopping center, night life(restaurants) as well s the beach. We walked everywhere although we had a 16months old baby. We found all the necessary equipment that you may need in a house. We will definetly come back again.

   Having visited Nice for the last 6 years we knew exactly the area we wished to stay. This is the second time we have used Go-Nice and stayed in the A & B Jean Medecin apartments. The apartments have proved to be very conveniently situated,with good facilities, nice bathroom/kitchen etc. It was great having a hairdryer already in the apartment.

   We will certainly be staying again.
