   Everything was brilliant, would be definately come again. Very close to amenities, restaurants, bars and the beach.

   This was a great apartment in the heart of old Nice. Three weeks wasn’t even close to enough time to see and do everything just in this neighborhood. I am definately coming back to stay again. Booking it was easy and Paul had everything there to make my stay comfortable.

   Our stay in Nice was wonderful and the apartment off course took a lot of the credit for that.

   We enjoyed the apartment very much and found it perfect for our needs - it was clean, well equipped, the balcony was lovely and we just loved to stay in the old part of Nice with all its charm and atmosphere!

   It took us only 10 min. to walk to the bus station as well as to the beach and the promenade.

   All in all it was a great apartment in a great area.

   It is definitely an apartment we would like to return to and would recommend to our friends.

   It was our first time booking an appartment and the experience was worth while. The service was top notch. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a central place to stay. You couldn’t ask for better.

   Thanks Paul for a great appartment. What more could we ask for right in the center of everything just round the corner from bus station (€1.30 on bus to monaco you could’nt beat it!) and 2 mins walk to the beach. Will use again in the future thanks again Paul.

   great place for a couple to stay, ideally located with the bus station and plenty of good places to eat and drink just a short walk away. Good transport links along the Coast from Menton in the east to Cannes and beyond in the West

   We were in Nice for four days and originally intended to visit Monaco, Cannnes and Antibes. Instead we stayed within 400 metres of the flat finding everything there; all the appliances, a very comfy bed and a balcony on which to sip beautiful wine; fitness training via the five flights of steps; immediate access to the fascinating maze of streets and lovely market which changed three times a day; food - really fresh fruit and salads and wonderful ice cream from the shop in the square, not to mention our thrice daily swim in the wavy sea (on the one rainy day being the only 2 people to do so). Overall an extremely welcome respite from the world of motor cars and of work.

   We had a great week in the studio apartment. It is very convenient for exploring Nice, and only a short walk from the bus station too. The apartment is probably best for a young couple who don’t mind the walk up to the top floor! Although small, the space is really well used and it doesn’t feel cramped at all. We’d love to come back to the area

   My fiancee and I had a wonderful stay in the studio apartment at 5 Rue Rosetti in old Nice. The small apartment is more than large enough for two adults, and it is extremely well equipped. In particular, I would comment on the really nice bathroom - it has plenty of space and the shower works very, very well. The apartment and the balcony are just as they appear in the picutres on the webpage. The view from the small table on the balcony is really lovely.

   The location of the apartment is another real plus. It is in the heart of old Nice, and it is close to the beach, the art museums, and shopping. There are several very nice, moderately priced restaurants and bars in the area around the apartment. One thing to keep in mind about the apartment: It is on the top floor, and you have several flights of stairs to climb. There is no elevator, so your luggage must be carried up by hand. We had no problem with this, and the view is worth the climb - just be prepared.

   All in all, this is a great choice for a couple looking for a flat in old Nice.

    We had a fantastic week and the appartment was perfect as was the location. It was of very high standards being spotlessly clean and modern. Air conditioning was great and the appartment contained excellent facilities, TV, washing machine etc. We would highly reommend this appartment and we will definitely be returning. Great value for money!

    Just come back from a fantastic week at this fab studio. We were really impressed with the size of the place and the location couldn’t have been better for getting to the beach and going out in the evening. I already miss the many evenings spent on the balcony with a relaxing glass of Ros!!

    “Just to let you know we had a super time in Nice and the accommodation was not only ideal, it was clean and well thought out. We particularly like the way ‘real’ things have been used in a small space ie real size tv and comfy settee, large bed etc…rather than cramming in loads of ’small’ space furniture that is uncomfortable and impractical! We liked it alot and have
    spoken of returning for another visit! We will recommend Riviera Rentals and thank you for personally collecting us at the airport and making us feel welcome.

    Absolutely fantastic!!! We loved our week stay in Nice, and the apartment was exactly what we were after. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the old town. It can get a bit noisy at night-time on the weekends, but if you shut the doors to t balcony it’s fine. The stairs are a little bit challenging, but they give you your exercise for the day (and with all those lovely icecream shops right outside you need some exercise!). Open plan little apartment for two with everything you could want or need. Paul is very helpful, and easily contactable should you need to. Would highly recommend this place to anyone, excellent value for money in a fabulous little part of France

    It was wonderful time we spent in Nice – from the moment we had opened the door of our beautiful studio till the time of departure!!! We would like to say ‘THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH!!!’ all the team of Go-Nice for our unforgettable rest!!!

    Perfect place for a couple. Like everyone else has said it’s a great size, very comfortable, in the middle of everything and makes you feel like a complete local, because of it’s authenticity and proximity to nightlife. I certainly miss sitting on that balcony in the balmy heat listening to the throngs of people enjoying themselves and the regular street theatre. And location by the bus station, beach and the market was great. Highly recommended - would love to go back.

    This was our third stay in this lovely little appartment. You couldn’t find a better spot in all of Nice. We will almost certainly be back next year. How I wish I was down there now!
