We originally booked an apartment for three months but due to the nature of my work we stayed in Hugo Park for over seven months during the height of the holiday season. Paul did fantastic job even though we had to move apartments several times he managed to keep us in the same building. The accommodation and location are both wonderful and Paul worked very hard to make our extended stay memorable. I would recommend Riviera Rentals to anyone who is thinking of taking a vacation in Nice. Paul is more than a rental agent, he takes a personnal interest in making sure his guests are well looked after.

This apartment was very spacious and bright!
It had everything that a person needs in a home. We moved in and had an awesome holiday.
The kitchen had every applicance a person needs and wants.
Air conditioning was very welcome. Being on the first floor was great - and it would be welcome for elderly people to stay. The building also has a lift.
The fact that it has a comfortable pull our couch in the living room enabled us to entertain our grandchildren over night.
The apartment was located close to the train station, Bus stops, and the Mediterranean. It also had conveniences such as a washing machine and a welcome book, with lots of useful information in it. We were able to enjoy walking everywhere, especially the old part of Nice. The Tourist Bus, and train was also very close and within easy walking distance.
We loved it and we will return- it would be great to be in the same place!

Great apartment and location. Heaps of room and amenities - close to restaurants, shops and promenade. It was lovely to have the balcony doors open and the park across the street (instead of another building).

Stayed with a family of 4 (2 kids ages 5 & 3). Loved the location - park across the street, grocery store down the block, beach, restaurants & rail station all an easy walk. Apartment was clean, well stocked and child friendly. Would rent it again.

A great apartment in a central location. Perfect for exploring the town. We stayed in the apartment with 2 children aged 3 and 12 and didn’t feel the need to say ‘don’t touch’. The apartment was comfortable and bright and all appliances easy to use(with the help of the manuals provided). Thanks Paul, will definitely use Riviera Rentals in the future.

We booked very late and it was straightforward with an easy key pick up, even out of normal office hours. Lovely apartment, very close(2 mins walk)to the pedestrian areas with lots of tourist shops and restaurants/cafes and also close to the designer/expensive clothes shops! Beach 5-10 mins walk. It’s a good location with no need for a car. As its on the first floor the play area in the park opposite can be a bit noisy in the day - kids will have fun! But there’s always the option to use the air con and shut the windows - that’s if you aren’t on the beach or in the shops. Paul sorted out a small problem in the flat very quickly - thanks for the good service Paul.

We really enjoyed staying at Hugo Park. The apartment was nice, with all the equipment we could hope for. The location was outstanding! In the heart of Nice, not far from stores, beach, reataurants and clubs. We had a blast and would very much like to come back some time.

“We have been holidaying in Nice for many years and used to stay in the Hotel Grimaldi which is next door to the apartment, so we already knew that the location was superbe. It is a beautiful, quiet square with a park and a lovely white stone church in the centre. Other apartments boast of being 5 minutes from the centre, but here it is absolutely true. Two minutes will take you to the bus stop which takes you in the directon of Cannes and all stops between, two more minutes to a selection of food outlets and numerous restaurants and bars, two more minutes to the promenade. The apartment itself is immaculate, lovely shower room, efficient and well equipped kitchen. It is furnished to create a feeling of space and is very tranquil and bright. It is in a quiet building and even the corridors are well maintained and newly decorated. We found it to be ideal and have already booked two more weeks there later in the year and will be recommending it to friends. “
