   We had a wonderful week in Nice, the appartement was perfect located and modern in style and very cosy for us we will come back!!!

   What a fantastic time we had in Nice and not least because of the fantastic location of the apartment. Close to everything you could need, from the bus and train stations, to the beach, shops and restaurants.

   Hugo Park 602 is a great little apartment, bathed in sun in the evening and with a lovely view over the church opposite and the rest of Nice to the west.

   I can’t wait to go back and wouldn’t hesitate in booking with Paul and Riviera Rentals again.

   The apartment is bright, airy and surprisingly quiet for the centre of Nice. It is very well apointed and has everything you could need on holiday right down to an iron!! On the few extremely hot days we experienced we found the air conditioning brillient.The neighhood around the apartment was very pleasent and ideal to stroll around while you were only a short distance from the pedestrian zone with it’s many shops and restaurants - really spoiled for choice. Just down the street are a Spar supermarket and super boulangerie. The prom and beach are also only a short walk away (approximately 300 meters). Also within walking distance is the main train station (Nice Ville), the main bus station (Gare Routier) and the old town. Or, if you don’t feel like walking, the bus stop is only about 100 meters down the street. This is our 4th. trip to Nice three of which have been with Paul and Riviera Rentals and he has always been most helpful and never put us wrong with any aprtment he has provided. We’re already making arrangements for our next visit!!

   My wife and recently returned from our vacation in Nice. We stayed at 602 Hugo Park which was a great apartment. It is a bright, modern apartment and very centrally located. The area was really nice and a couple of minuetes walk would have you at the beach. Also it was very close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The ease of booking this, receiving keys and departing is a great compliment to Paul and his staff. We are looking forward to next year already.

   my family and myself found hugo park 602 to be just what we wanted. perfectly situated, short walk to the old town, shopping an train station. With a young family we found the apartment much more practical compared to what a hotel room would be. Already fans of Nice from previous visits, our stay at hugo park 602 has only enhanced our view of Nice. Would not hesitate to book again

   I stayed in 602 recently with my elderly parents. The apartment was immaculate and everything that we needed was there, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, plenty of towels and linen. The location is perfect, nice and quiet at nighttime yet it’s only a few mins walk to the beach and the main shopping area and 15mins walk to the lovely old town where we ate regularly. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. I would without hesitation recommend this apartment.
