We enjoyed our visit to Nice and to your lovely apartment. You have restored it wonderfully. We have fallen for Nice also. This is our 3rd trip to Nice in two years.
We were very pleased with the apartment - spacious, good location, well decorated and most importantly, very clean. We would strongly recommend this apartment to relatives and friends visiting Nice.
Great apartment. All conveniences and very clean. The air-conditioning worked very well for us. So easy to get to the shop, etc. Fresh croissants for breakfast – yum! Loved the high ceilings and wooden floors – all very French. Enjoyed being able to pop up and down to the beach so quickly.
Loved Nice and hope to return soon.

The apartment is lovely, we have enjoyed a very comfortable fortnight here, a real home from home; everything is so well arranged, beautifully decorated, furnished and equipped – and the floors are wonderful! Congratulations on such a sympathetic and beautiful restoration.
The flat is wonderful, the location could not be better.
Wonderful location within walking distance to coastline, centre of Nice, shops and restaurants. The apartment has been beautifully refurbished in a modern style while still retaining its traditional elegance. A very spacious apartment with lots of outdoor and indoor eating areas. We had a most enjoyable stay.
This apartment is in a great location. It is only about two hunderd metres from the beach and the pedestrian zone and about fifteen minutes walk rom the railway station. The apartment itself is fully air conditioned, spacious, very clean and tastefully decoated with all the appliances that you would need (including Wi-Fi). We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would have no problem returning.
