   We spent a week at Le Terrasse at the end of June 09. Great location not far from Galerie Lafayette, and a 10 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Good standard of accommodation, the air con worked well inside, although we spent more time outside on the terrasse than inside. The outside space was bigger than anticipated and we really enjoyed eating out there. We would recommend this apartment.

   We have just returned from 3 very relaxing weeks in ‘Le Terrace’ which was just a wonderful ‘home’ for us both during our summer holiday. The apartment is modern, clean and very well managed by Go-Nice who provide one of the most professional holiday apartment management services I have experienced so far.

   Le Terrace is located in a nice quiet area in the centre of Nice and is just 2 mins walk from the main shopping streets, 5 mins walk to the beach, 2 mins walk from many good restaurants and bars and less than 10 mins walk to the train or bus station which can take you very quickly to any of the other beautiful beaches along the Cote D’Azur….although we did enjoy several days relaxing on the beautiful terrace of the apartment which had the sun until almost 5pm ! It is perfectly suited for those who like the comforts of home while away with a very comfortable bed (so important!), fresh linens and towels supplied and a lovely welcome basket with wine.

   The air-conditioning in the apartment was also a very welcome respite at the end of a long day! We would definitely use Go-Nice for any future bookings in Nice and would stay in ‘Le Terrace’ again without hesitation. Thank you to Paul and his team.

   My friends and I have just returned from a lovely week at ‘Le Terrace’ in central Nice. Everything was very well organised. As there were four grown ups in our party we were a little unsure if the apartment would be large enough or comfortable enough for us. We need not have worried! it is very well equipped; the bed was really comfy, and the sofa bed in the lounge was extra large and also very comfy. Because the apartment is to the rear of the building, there are no traffic sounds to be heard, so is very peaceful for such a central area of Nice.
   We had fun finding the market in ‘Little Italy, (back towarads the railway station) where the fruit and vegetables, bread, meat, olives and general groceries cost a fraction of the prices seen elsewhere; having said that, prices were not nearly as frightening as they might have been.
   The location of Le Terrace is perfect. We were very central, with the tram passing by the end of the street every few minutes, it is possible to be either at the beach, the market, the shops, the old town etc.etc. within a few short minutes, - and for only 1 Euro per trip.
   I would like to have called at the Go-Nice office to congratulate the team and thank you all for helping our holiday to go so very well. We will definately recommend Go-Nice to our friends.
