   Excellent modern apartment with all facilities provided and very comfortable. Only a 10 minute stroll from the train station (with cases) and located a few metres from the beach. Appeared to be central for everything, but also a very quiet location.

   1st class service provided by Paul Manion, from the initial booking through to collecting the keys on arrival. Would highly recommend this apartment and Go-Nice.

   We found the property everything we wanted it to be. We knew exactly where it was as we have been to Nice many times and it is perfectly located just off the seafront and near all facilities. It is within easy walking distance for the airport bus and for the railway station.
   The apartment is in a very secure and quiet building.
   We found the company excellent to deal with and would definately use them again.
   We would highly recommend Go-Nice.

   Our holiday in Nice went very well. The apartment was exceptional, very clean/modern and in a great location. It was everything we wanted.

   The booking and key collection all went very smoothly. We will certainly recommend to friends and family.

   We had a lovely stay in 1st class apartment.
   Ideal location and very secure. Great balcony
   over looking internal gardens.
   Will return.

   Fantastic appartment in a great central (to all the best bits) location. The appartment was exactly what was needed and fulfilled all the requirements. Thanks for a great stay.

   Excellent property, great location.
   2 minute walk from the promanade with direct access.
   Large balcony as well.
   Excellent service - one day the Sky TV wasn’t working and Paul had it fixed the next day.

   Well appointed, clean and spacious one bed apartment ideally situated with large balcony with morning sun - perfect for breakfast with croissants from local bakers. Only one block from the Promenade des Anglais (100m) and 50m from the Rue Massena pedestrian area full of pavement cafe’s & restaurants. Close to the action but no noise at all. Situated in an enclosed but very large courtyard it was peaceful, providing an ideal base for old town Nice. The longest walk was 30 minutes to the harbour, but bus service cheap and frequent. Bus from airport only 10 mins drive and drops you at the door. Beach restaurants recomended. We would not hesitate to recomend this apartment and holiday destination.

   The apartment was very clean, neat and the facilities were excellent….the children loved breakfast on the balcony every morning. The apartment was very conveniently located for shops for provisions (and almost literally across the road from the beach) with all of the restaurants etc of the old and new town areas of Nice just a couple of minutes walk away…fantastic!! In addition, despite being in such proximity to the main streets and restaurants (and of course the Promenade des Anglais) the Apartment was very quiet and peaceful in the evening. For an all day trip we would recommend the boat trip to the Isle Sainte Marguerite (where the man in the iron mask was imprisoned) as this is a beautiful island with a lovely stretch of beach. As a family of four ( two adults and two young children under the age of ten)we would recommend the apartment and we would definitely stay there again!

   Fantastic apartment right in the heart of everything!
   The really secure & quiet development kept any worries at bay, so my daughter and I could enjoy our time in Nice.
   Paul Manion was wonderful at finding us this rental at such short notice ~ a great communicator and a man in demand
   We would definately use RR again ~ highly recommended and we will do just that. Thanks again Paul

    We are visiting Nice for more than 10 years now and stayed in different hotels and appartments since then. The 1 bedroom appartment in the Palais de la Med is outstanding from our point of view with respect to location, security and calmness. You sleep in a quiet garden and can hear the birds singing (if you want to do so) by staying only 100m away from the sea! The balcony is very convenient, too. The stroll to the old town with many restaurants takes only about 5-10 minutes either directly by the sea (on the Promenade) or through the lively pedestrian area. The train station, which connects many cities on the coasts multiple times a day, is a 10 minutes walk away.

    The services provided by Paul and his team are outstanding as well. The whole process from booking to getting the keys is uncomplicated and handled very thoroughly. Paul is also very responsive and forthcoming when you have a wish like late check-out, etc.

    We will book the appartment again and are happy to use Paul’s services in the future. Also would we recommend Paul’s services to our friends.

    This secluded apartment is ideal for our use. Although it is in the midst of the city, it is extremely calm and peaceful. This property is more than adequately furnished and kept cool by the air-conditioning. It is compact and easy to keep clean. It’s terrace, which overlooks a small but charming garden, is a treasure. We had all our meals (& drinks) here. Delightful indeed.

    Due to its ideal location, access to The Promenade, shops, Old Nice and restaurants is easy. This property is also within easy reach of all public transport.

    The building itself is very secure and well-maintained. The concierge is an agreeable young man.

    It had been a joy to stay at this apartment during the whole month of June. We thank Paul for finding us this place. We also thank the very friendly and kind Go-Nice team for giving us such a warm welcome with its basket of goodies.

    An immaculate, peaceful apartment in a great location. We would request to stay here again and again for our future visits to Nice. Close to the beach, a 10 minute walk to the train station and wonderful shops and restaurants close by. We also appreciated the incredible attention to detail on the part of the Go-Nice team. Detailed access instructions, keys waiting for us at the airport, a thoughtful food basket upon our arrival. We plan to come back to Nice every year and will definitely use G0-Nice again for our future trips.
