   Excellent location and apartment. Everything we needed was provided in the flat.Great location on the coast, easy bus trip into town. Never been to Nice before but will come back and use riviera rentals again.

   Right from our first contact with Paul, we were sure that we were in good hands. Clear communication meant that we had no difficulty in getting to and getting in to the apartment.Our accommodation was excellent and located in a very convenient part of town. Thanks so much!

   A lovely apartment in great location.The beaches are much better than some of the other more popular ones, also bus stops with many buses running to lots of places.

   The apartment was excellent and the location was very good too. A little closer to the old town would have been an advantage but overall it was brilliant.

   Bus stop, supermarket, restaurants, beach all within 2 minutes make the location great.

   We will definitely be back again. We had not been to the area for 9 years and were unsure if our 3 teenagers would enjoy the area. They loved it too.The pool is a great addition.

   My family and I found the apartment excellent.

   The location was very close to the beach, all the major bus routes, Casino supermarket, banks/ATM’s, and the on/off ramp to the main roadway through the city and beyond. There was also a small number of restaurants nearby.

   The apartment itself was, as my wife described “homely”. There were a range of books, magazines, including many travel ones. There was also a large collection of DVD’s, to entertain the kids in the evening. There was also Sky TV. Previous occupants had left a list of restaurant suggestions. Finally, there was a large travel file or folder relating to all attractions in the general area, and how to get there.

   As the apartment itself overlooked the swimming pool, and not one of the noisy side streets, it was by Nice standards peaceful.

   Immediately impressed by clean welcoming apartment. Quiet place due to inward facing balcony with views of the refreshing swimming pool. Superb holiday, would definately stay again. Very reasonably priced. Just perfect.

   Accommodation was excellent in every respect. The pool wonderful. Location superb — very near the Promenade and a pleasant dawdle to the cafes and old town. We had a small problem with the parking which Paul was very helpful in resolving. Enjoyed the holiday very much.

   What a fantastic property! excellant location very close to the beach and good local shops.The property was very clean and well kept as was the grounds and the pool area.The service we recieved from Paul was of the highest quality we could not have asked for more well done!

   Paul’s apartment with pool area was ideal for a teenage family. The girl lay by the pool and the boy skateboarded across the promenade all day! Perfect location - just need bikes or blades for next time! Apartment was much better than even the website demonstrated - bigger and better. Ideal for a week in Nice. Paul was a great host, and also as it proved, a friend in need too! Thanks and good luck.Pat Storey

    From start to finish , the arrangements for the apartment were excellent . We collected the keys easily from the airport and the directions took us straight to the building. The apartment was clean and comfortable , the DVD’s , books and magazines were great , and the British Sky TV was super . The pool was fab and we loved being 2 min from the sea .We walked or bused our way around with ease . The supermarket was across the road , and the local bakery sold delicious croissants. I would not hesitate to recommend this as a holiday , and hope to return soon !

    An excellent apartment which I would have no hesitation in recommending to others. The welcome basket was a pleasant start to the holiday and allowed us to relax with a coffee as soon as we arrived. The apartment was clean and fully equiped with all the essentials that we needed, the children loved the pool and the fact that we had UK sky tv! Everything that we needed had been thought of, definitely the best apartment that I have stayed in, and excellent service from Go Nice was superb from start to finish. Thank you.
