   We visited Nice in May 2008. We sected a property from the Webiste and made general enquiries with Paul Manion. Paul explained everything via email and we went ahead and booked. The whole experience was first rate. The apartment was exactly what we hoped it would be and was in a great location. It certainly represented value for money compared to what we would have paid to stay in a tiny hotel room even in 4*.

   I would have no reservations whatsoever in promoting the services of Go-Nice. 10/10 for service.

   We had a great time in Nice. We found the apartment to be in an excellent location, ideal for the train and bus station, and only 10 minutes walk from the Beach. The apartment was clean and welcoming, with all of the necessary kitchen equipment provided. The views of the surrounding hills were lovely.
   The Old Town was very interesting, especially the market in the mornings. We also ate in the restaurants in the market area in the evenings, and we found the food to be good value for money and very tasty.
   The best value for money were the local buses, which we used to go to Cannes and Antibes, Monaco and Monte Carlo, all for a fraction of the price (1.3Eu) that it would cost to use the buses in this country.

   Absolutely fantastic apartment on the top floor of a beautiful old Palais building. The flat was spotless, had all mod cons - dishwasher, washing machine, air con - and had retained its original character. Loved the views from the balcony - and next door’s friendly cat! Ideal location with 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and train station. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for a great holiday Paul!

   This apartment has period charm in a tranquil city centre location convenient to beaches,shops and public transport

   The Go service is top class and will leave you feeling quietly satisfied that you enjoyed the stay with no fuss key pick up and drop off arrangements

   Holiday rental rental companies would do well to pay attention to this service as a guide to how it should be done

   Just wanted to say a big thanks for our wonderful stay. Your service was sensational, and we want to thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty on our last day.

   Apartment was great, we have a 3 year old daughter. Air conditioning in bedroom much needed through the hotter months and of course the lift is great seeing as it is on the (takes you to the 5th floor, and then one flight of stairs) 6th floor. You have everything you need, washing machine, microwave, stove, dishwasher.
   Bathroom was newly decorated and having a bath was fantastic for a little one.

   Location is great as it is very close to the main shopping district, a short walk to the Promenade and excellent for the train station which is very useful if you want to travel to neighbouring towns. Train travel is very cheap in relation to other expenses. We didnt go by bus as our daughter loves trains!

   There is a supermarket approx 150 metres down the street (towards the beach) and a fruit shop right across the road.

   We hired bikes from Energy scooter (near the hotel Negresco) and they only charged an extra 2 euro for a babyseat on the back and helmet was free. Very worthwhile to enjoy the Promenade.

   Had such a lovely family holiday, would highly recommend Go-Nice for you next trip to the South of France.

   Lovely apartment in a quiet and peaceful old building. The apartment was comfortably furnished and spotlessly clean. Collection and drop-off of the keys couldn’t have been easier.
   Situated in an ideal place for access to the beach and the old town and not far from the bus station.
   Nice is a lovely city surrounded by stunning scenery. We visited Antibes, Eze and Monaco by coach - all very beautiful places - at a cost of only 1 euro each way!
   We’d definitely stay here again!
