   We spent a week in Palais Royal at the beginning of June with our friends. The apartment is well located, well equipped, clean & quite spacious to accommodate 2 couples. The large balcony gets the afternoon & evening sun. This was our 2nd holiday with Go-Nice - we were so impressed on our first trip that we had no hesitation in coming back. We found Paul Mannion very helpful, key collection & directions to the apartment were spot on. We had a lovely holiday & will certainly use Go-Nice again & recommend them to our friends.

   We were very happy with all the details - from picking up the keys at the airport to the description of the apartment. Although a wall safe would be a good idea. Apart from that, there was everything we needed and very clean. Our party was 2 very active 70 year olds + a middle aged couple, so the location was important - excellent, close to sea, old town, shops and restaurants. We would definitely rent the apartment again.

   We loved this apartment! Truly the nicest apartment and best service of any we’ve stayed at in Europe. Fantastic location near the pedestrian zone, the Prom, and the best patisserie around. The apartment was full of “luxeries” we’re not used to finding in rentals: t.v. in both the living room and bedroom, a Playstation with several games, a fantastic terrace with awnings for shade, air-conditioning throughout, and a washing machine. The building felt safe and secure and was relatively quiet due to being on a short dead-end street. We would definitely recommend this great apartment to anyone. We were 5 adults plus 1 toddler and felt there was plenty of room.

   We truly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very spacious, conveniently located and very well equipped. We much appreciated the mats for the beach and the terrace which was fully furnished. Arranging our visit was extremely easy and we will certainly be recommending this service to our friends!

   5 Adults stayed in the apartment with no difficulties and this was helped by an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom. The apartment was located more or less behind the Palais de la Mediterrane and was very short walk to the beach. It was also a very short walk to the main shopping area of Nice and Nice-Ville train station which is excellent for visiting nearby Cannes and Monte Carlo.

   The standard of the apartment was superior and it was very clean. Beautiful wooden floors and contemporary design meant that it was very comfortable for us. The large balcony was superb to enjoy afternoon sunshine and glasses of wine in the evening.

   We would certainly recommend this apartment without hesitation.

   The photos in your brochure does not do justice to the flat. The flat was superb, beautifully furnished and all amneties were very good. We did not like the furniture in the lounge, we think that sofa sets would be better, more comfortable. The location of the flat is excellent and near everywhere a tourist needs to go. We loved all ten days and will definitely go again,and my friends will be hearing about this flat. Please keep up the high standards that you have in place now. One suggestion, perhaps you couls install a wall safe like in Hotels for security of money and valuables. In Uk it costs about £100. thank you for a lovely holiday!

   The apartment was even better than described in a very quiet and well maintained building . The location is ideal for the beach , shops and dining however there is some street noise well after midnight .

   The apartment was great! Nicely decorated, clean, and extremely comfortable. The light from the terrace, and the big double doors to the terrace from each room made it especially pleasant to spend the evenings at ‘home’, though the apartment was convenient to markets, the beach, and restaurants.

   I would suggest a few more cooking utensils and pots and pans, as we enjoyed cooking our meals and eating in the apartment.

   A wonderful vacation notwithstanding. I get to travel once a year, and I am glad we found your apartment.

   We stayed at Palais Royal (party of 5) for 2 weeks just past.
   The appt is spacious, so also the balcony - web photos do not do it justice, we had plenty of room.
   The air conditioning in all rooms was superb.
   Location is excellent being close to everything yet quiet at night.
   Extras such as play station were unused but a nice thought by the owner.

    We spent 10 days in Nice in September. We (3 quite active 70+ people)were delighted with the appartment, I don’t think your photos really do it credit! Everything,from booking arrangements,
    friendly service,communications, picking up keys at the airport, was made very easy for us.
    The appartment was so well situated,just as convenient as I had hoped, from studying street maps
    of Nice at home. We really enjoyed the balcony and ate all our meals there, it is especially lovely
    in the evening with a glass or two of wine.
    It is an excellent location, easy for walking the Old Town, etc. and an easy walk to bus and
    train stations for visits further afield. There is so much to see in Nice, superb museums, galleries, not to mention markets, we had a great time and I should love to come again. Thank you so much.

    We spent just three nights in Palais Royal in the middle of October 2009. We are a family of 4. The key collection at the airport worked well. The directions to the apartment and other documentation was perfect. This apartment is in a very good location for a city break. The equipment and the condition of the apartment were good. The cleanliness of the apartment was perfect. The bed linen and towels service was as expected. The floor plan of this apartment is ideal for a family with 2 children. We have made numerous trips in the area over many years, but this was our first experience from Go-Nice. We were utmost happy with everything and can truly recommend this company. We are very likely to book with Go-Nice again. We respect these people as professional and customer-oriented private entrepreneurs. All in all, we enjoyed our short break in one of our favorite places in Europe, and not least due to the great job done by Go-Nice.
