   Excellent apartment in great location would recommend to any couple or family of 3 for relaxing. Would recommend to a friends.

   A great apartment in an excellent location. We specially enjoyed the roof top pool and patio area- excellent views.
   We will definitely visit again.

   Paul Manion has created an excellent porfolio of Superb apartments in excellent locations. We would highly recommend Riviera Rentals!

   Excellent modern cozy studio which is very comfortable for two adults. Located a few metres from the beach and with a rooftop swimming pool too!!

   The Studio is just round the corner of the main shopping / restaurant area and is only a short 15/20 minute stroll to/from the bus/train stations. The studio is at the back of the apartment block so it is also a very quiet location when you want a few minutes more in bed.

   Paul & his staff offer a 1st class service from the initial booking through to collecting the keys on arrival at the airport.

   We would highly recommend this apartment and Riviera Rentals and would not hesitate to book again.

   This studio appartment is modern, clean, very well equipped and perfect for a couple.The rooftop terrace and pool are class!It was so easy to book and collect keys(and find the appartment block).

   The studio is really central and in a brill location but because its at the back of the building quiet too.We had a problem with the airconditioning but when I rang the owner Paul and left a message (out of office hours) he got back to me straight away-brilliant customer service!

   Dont book a hotel in Nice, this is a much better option and you dont feel as much like a tourist!It was really nice to buy our own breakfast and wine and sit out on the terrace(and cheaper to holiday this way!)I cant recommend this studio and Paul the owner highly enough, thanks a mill for a brill hol.And Nice is gorgeous, I cant wait to come back!

   Great location, bang on the sea-front, lots of restaurants within two or three minutes walk and a 10 minute stroll to the old town. Also Paul’s office is only a couple of blocks away and his friendly colleagues will mind your luggage if you have an afternoon flight! The rooftop area was used by few people so was very quiet and restful.

   We were so delighted with our studio — when we first saw it we couldn’t believe how close it was to the beaches! And everything was so clean, comfortable, and well appointed. There was a sweet basket of goodies, as well as a bottle of Provencal rose wine (delicious!), waiting for us after our long drive from Tuscany. We felt immediately at home. The only drawback was that we only had 6 days there! It was quite an effort to leave such a lovely, perfect setting. We hope to be back in future. We had never been to Nice, and had no idea it was such a lovely city (our visit centered around a dear friend’s wedding, so if not for her we may never have visited this wonderful place!). Thanks so much to Paul, and all the staff (tho we never saw anyone . . . we truly felt like ‘Citizens of Nice’ just renting our little apartment and coming and going as we pleased Oh yes, one last thought: it would have been just a bit nicer if the ‘down’ escalator had been operational. But the ‘up’ side was working, and if only one could be in use, certainly that would be our pick!!! Thanks for everything, and Ciao for now.

   It is really a nice and quiet location in the middle of Nice’s best area: walking distance to all fancy restaurants and bars, shopping is also nearby. For swimming you may only cross the Promenade to get to the deep blue sea or you can enjoy a marvelous view from the pool terrasse located on the 7th floor.
   Hope that we could come back soon! Enjoy your holidays!

   It’s a good and nice studio for small family. In the neighbourhood you can finde everything, I mean: restaurants, supermarkets, bus station, train station.
   This was our first holiday in Nice but not the last. I’m sure that we’ll visit again in short time.

   Thank’s for everything and for the opportunity that we could enjoy so much this great city and apartment too.

    Great location! This was our first visit to Nice and we couldn’t have been more excited about the location of this apartment. In the heart of everything, across the street from the beach, easy walking distance to old town, amazing view from the roof top pool. I was a little nervous if the apartment would be as nice as it was in the on-line photos, I should not have worried as it was just as lovely and CLEAN as it shows in the photos. We had to contact Paul from go-nice for an extra key and one other time and both instances we received immediate response. We hope to return to Nice and would absolutely rent from Paul and team again!

    We had a really wonderful trip to Nice - made all the better by this really fantastic apartment. It was just as good as it looked in the pictures and the location is unbeatable. I hope we’ll be back to Nice and if we are we’d have no hesitation in returning. In fact family members have already made enquiries to rent it next summer!

    We stayed at this fantastic studio for a week in August and can quite happily say it’s been our best holiday yet. Made all the better for the superb location and well equipped base.
    We have recommended this apartment and Nice to everyone and will definately be back ourselves.

    Small but beautifully formed! The apartment had everything we wanted when we stayed in April 2010. It is ideally situated within a short distance of the sea front, restaurants, bars and shops. The pool area was not open when we were there which was a bit disappointing. Not sure whether this is made clear on the website. We were stranded for a few days by the volcanic ash situation but Paul allowed us the stay on for which we were very grateful.

    This has been said before but bears repeating: excelllent location across from the sea within walking distance of lively neighborhood with bistros, shops, etc. and on main bus lines for further excursion. (Actually within walking distance of most of Nice). But what I really liked about the apartment was that it was appointed with all you need and everything worked flawlessly. The clubhouse upstairs was a nice bonus, the pool would be great in summer. Most of all, I appreciate the professionalism of this rental agency: keys were exactly delived at the aiport with directions and everything went seemlessly. Paul was at the partment and gave us great tips on getting around. No time was lost setteling in and much was gained. The restaurant and travel tips he gave were spot-on and checkout procedures were simple - not a moment was lost. I always will use this agency since I know that everything will be done correctly.     We have just returned from a 2 week vacation in France. For the first week we stayed at The Royal Luxembourg, studio 2 on 29/05/2010 – 05/06/2010.

    It is a Wonderful, modern apartment, good value for money and in an excellent location that is hard to beat. It is close to famous landmarks, the beach and transport access points. The directions given by “Go Nice” for key pick up and instructions how to gain entry to the apartment were very clear and easy to follow, and we very much enjoyed this stage of our holiday.

    We needed to contact Paul at “Go Nice” to resolve a mishap (caused by ourselves) which happened near the end of our holiday. It was swiftly and successfully dealt with, and in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent customer care skills.

    We would certainly recommend “Go Nice” and studio 2 Royal Luxembourg in particular and would like to thank Paul, Merilyn and the staff for a wonderful holiday. We look forward to returning in the near future.

    This apartment is in an excellent location on the seafront. It’s a small studio apartment, however it is very modern and clean and there is a lot of room to store clothes etc. It was so handy picking the keys up at the airport. It was a much better option staying here than in an overpriced hotel. Paul & his team are very professional and were so easy to deal with! Thanks!

    Excellent location. Beaches are right in front of us! Tourist information center is just 3 mins away! The apartment is small but well equipped. Even it’s right at the center of the city, it’s very quiet at night so we had very good sleep. The apartment is tastefully decorated. The welcoming basket, is VERY thoughtful. We didn’t have to rush for buying tea and water. Cleaners did a great job. The place is spotless! Washing machine is another big plus.
    Booking process was very smooth too. I got answers very fast, which I felt very safe to book with them. The bill was very clear, no hidden charges.
    Will definitely go back when staying at Nice. Highly recommend for people in all ages. Especially this apartment has elevator, is very suitable for kids and seniors.

    Our very belated comments on this wonderful little flat in Nice! We stayed in April 2010 for a week, and had the most perfect time. From arrival at the airport, where the flat keys and information were easily obtained, to the simple bus journey which dropped us off directly opposite the Royal Luxembourg, everything pointed to having make an excellent choice of where to stay in Nice. The building itself was immaculately clean, as was the flat, and we really felt like we were at home from the instant we entered the flat. The basket of welcome treats, the extremely well-appointed flat, and the location all made for a very relaxing stay in Nice - in fact, we were so chilled out that we literally spent out week wandering up and down the seafront, stopping occasionally for meals, and did very little else! Which was exactly what we needed and wanted for a spring holiday. The service from Paul, Merilyn, and team was flawless. My husband talks about Nice and this flat several times a week, and it is now almost 8 months later! Hence why I am about to book another stay for 2011 in this wonderful holiday location. Extremely highly recommended!!! C-J
