Overall we were very happy with the service of Go-Nice and the apartment. It was a great location to allow us to explore the back streets of Nice and get easy access to trains, buses and trams. We will recommend your service and apartments to all of our friends. A great holiday!

Apartment was excellent, not near the sea but near the train station and a short hop on the tram to Cours Saleya and the promenade. ?1 for every trip by tram. The huge terrace with sunloungers, BBQ and garden furniture for 4 meant you could eat there quite comfortably and sunbathe most of the day. a perfect apartment for exploring the city. Having a washing machine and drying facility by way of a 2nd balcony was excellent. Lidl is just across the road and has evry basic requirement at a reasonable price. Riviera Rentals were a pleasure to deal with and as we had absolutely no problems we did not need to contact them. We will certainly recommend them and use them again ourselves. All round a great holiday and great service.

We have just returned from a great stay in Nice and it was this apartment that made our holiday great. As we had never stayed in an apartment before, me didnt really know what to expect. But we were very surprised to see how good an apartment can be, especially this one. Its greatest aspect has to be the large balcony, perfect for sunbathing and having breakfast and dinner out on. The facilities inside are excellent too, good kitchen for cooking, great lounge for relaxing infront of the tv and the bedroom was very cozy. The balcony leading of the bedroom was a real bonus, it got all the late afternoon sun and it was also very useful for drying clothes out on the line.
The location of the apartment was excellent, a few lovely bakeries within a short walking distance. Also a few small shops were close by which was very useful.
Booking the apartment was extremelly easy, we even had a few problems with my credit card and the lady we were booking through (Merilyn) was a real treat to work with, she couldnt have been more helpful.
All in all this was a perfect apartment for a perfect holiday and we would have no problem reccommending Riveria Rentals to any of our family and friends. We hope to be back in Nice again in the future and we will definately be booking a Riveria Rentals apartment.

I would like to thank Paul for his help in arranging for our stay in Nice.
The arrangements for collecting the keys was very professional and extremely convenient.
We found the accomodation was ideally suited to our needs, it had a wonderful terrace complete with Deck Chairs, Sun Beds, and a barbeque which came in very handy, also handy when we wanted to catch a bit of sun without having to walk to the beach.
The Main shopping street is about 5 mins walk away - about 10 minues from Galleries LaFayette (for anyone who is familiar with Nice) and approx 15 mins walk from the promenade.
The train station is a convenient walk also of less than 10 mins.

We stayed here for a week in June. The apartment was like home away from home with the facilities, from washing machine,dryer,iron/board,microwave and even a new water filter ready for our use!I can honestly say the very best thing though about the apartment was its gorgous garden balcony complete with a gas bbq and sun loungers, table and chairs (we didnt even have to water the plants as there was an automatic system which watered them twice a day). There is a bakery, green grocers and a butcher not too far away from the apartment and it was lovely to go out every day and buy fresh food, especially the steaks which we cooked on the barbie in the evenings. The location is near to the train station(10 mins walk) and not far away from the main bus station (20mins walk). Also Paul is the most helpful and prompt person i have ever met. i generally rent apartments when i go away and i can honestly say i have never dealth with anyone as good as paul (and he never even got mad with me when he came over to the apartment on a completely wasted journey to replace the gas which was actually full!!!!)Thank you Paul for that. Also i left some expensive jewellery behind and although it was 3weeks before i contacted Paul, he had the jewellery and very kindly posted it to me. You will love your stay at this apartment and Paul is the icing on the cake.

i stayed in this apt for three weeks in june and found it to have everything i needed to make it a relaxing holiday with balcony which meant i didnt need to go to beach every day however tram was only a short walk away and train station only few minutes walk which meant travelling around cote azur so easy. perfectly situated in nice centre which meant lots of shops and restaurants a short stroll away along with lidl, butchers, bakery.

Stayed in your lovely apartment for a week in September. Loved the views and the fascinating people watching seven floors below.
Very pleased to see a welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived although there is a ‘Lidl’ store nearby.
Dining on the terrace both at breakfast and dinner times was a very pleasant experience. Still hot enough to do that fairly late into the evening.
Despite being surrounded by taller buildings, the terrace is surprisingly private.
Apartment had everything needed for a holiday, but It would have benefitted from a full oven and not just a hob with a microwave. Limits your culinery skills slightly!
Bed was firm but comfortable, even for my back! Ample storage space for clothes and anything else you bring along.
Local transport systems extremely efficient and cheap, both on the local tram system and the bus service. Cost is a single Euro anywhere on the system.
SNCF, the local train network is also very good although more expensive. Cost 2 Euros for my wife and I to go to Monaco by bus, approximately 40 minutes away, but 6 Euros to return by train. The train covers some spectacular terrain as it hugs the coastal cliffs and rushes through tunnels.
Walking from the apartment to the old town or prom is a pleasant 15 minutes, with the port being a little further but still not dificult.
Take the ‘asenchure’ (lift) to the chataux at the end of the promenade. Great views of the whole bay and town of Nice and beyond from the top.
There is a private railway just past the SNCF station that goes up into the mountains of Vesube and Digne les Baine. Takes 3 hours to Digne, the end of the line, but goes through some beautiful countryside and rugged mountains. Worth the 13 Euros per person.
Expensive taxi from airport but most convenient way to the apartment if you don’t know your way around. Approximately 34 Euros for a 15 minute ride. We took the bus back to the airport from outside the SNCF station at Thiers. It took us ten minutes walking from apartment to bus stop dragging cases. Cost is 4 Euros per person and goes every half hour throughout the week including Sundays. Very efficient and not that busy.
In all I highly recommend Go Nice and its staff for being helpful and quick to reply. Had no problems at all with the rental arrangements.
Will most certainly use them again should we decide to go to this part of France again.

We stayed for a week in this wonderful apartment. The highlight was the terrace which provided sunshine to about 5 pm. The apartment is well equipped with the added bonus of a balcony at the back to dry your washing. Many outlets were on the doorstep including butchers, Patisserie’s and supermarkets. Lidl’s on the corner was great for basic’s including a decent bottle of wine for one euro 50 cent etc. The Monoprix on the main shopping street was also fantastic for food purchases. The apartment is a few minutes from the main railway station and about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the old town and seafront, but there is a tram that runs frequently. There are also numerous bars and restaurants in the immediate area from KFC, all types of International food and of course French restaurants. We pre booked an airport shuttle transfer which was well worth the money as the driver was waiting for us on arrival and took us straight to the apartment, a good start to the Holiday.
