Great location , unbelievable great view. We really enjoyed our stay in Nice. Beach, diving , were on activity. We always came back to this apartment with pleasure, for relaxing and have lunch on the balcony! Thanks!!!

We chose this apartment primarily for the balcony-believe the photos; the view is incomparable. We bought fresh produce and bread from the market each morning (steps away) and ate on the balcony. The view was even more breath-taking at night. Ideally located near many bars, restaurants, shops; a great find. Comfortable, clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the apartment, the balcony and its tremendous views. Evening meals with food from the markets and local supermarket a high standard and gorgeous, eaten on the balcony with the amazing backdrop lit up scenery. Then going back out to join the non stop varied evening entertainment. We walked miles every day enjoying every thing.
The local patisseries are so delicious and ice cream stalls, the best ice cream is from the stall to the right of the fountain at palais justice square. Fish market in place de francois good equally good is the freah fish from mono prix. Couers Salaya vast entertainment and amazing range of juicy, tasty fruit and veg.
Public transport cheap and good way to see the corniche coast line. Monte Carlo, Eze and Antibes all interesting. the bus is closer but we prefferred the train which is a bit of a walk but excellent service. Could go on for ever, so just try it and see. We must must go back, as long as the prices dont go up!

We loved this apartment - breakfast on the balcony was bliss and we were lucky enough to have the first few days of our holiday coincide with very cheerful music from a pipe band that were part of a celebration or festival in the street below! Breakfast, of course, was fresh fruit and croissants from the wonderful market! You can’t help spoiling yourself when you see everything that’s on offer!
This was a great holiday, a perfect apartment and I would love to go back!

We were 2 couples staying at the Sea View from Sept 11-15 - we had a great experience. The service was efficient and very professional - any questions we had were quickly answered.

The apartment was fantastic- as you all have commented - the View as well as the great location is what makes this place so special - having our wine and cheese at the end of the day on the balcony was so memorabe - loved it! The locatiom was the best- everything is steps away from you - bakeries restaurants and Cours Selaya and the Promenade. Just a few steps away we discouvered a great restauarant called Papayou - yummy.

The only complaint for me is the Futon - I slept on it a couple of nights - but found it uncomfortable - and didn’t sleep a wink, perhaps it’s better suited for teenagers or children. But the bed is so comfy and kitchen is fully equipped. Don’t hesitate to go - it was a great expereince and we had a wonderful vacation.

This appartment is perfectly located in the heart of the old town in Nice. You are on a quiet street yet the market and all the sights of the old town are around you.

The appartment itself is at the top of a long flight of stairs so not suitable for the elderly or very unfit but once you arrive you are in a clean and comfortable home. The views from the terrace are amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would return to this appartment

In late June, 2010, we spent ten terrific days in Nice, made all the more special by the Sea View apartment in Old Town. We could spend a long time enumerating the virtues of the property…suffice it to say that the view of the Mediterranean, the long, comfortable patio where we took breakfast and dinner, the quiet, the privacy, the up-to-dateness and the proximity to the fresh produce at the Cours Salaya market…all of these attributes make us want to return.
We should also note that Paul Manion was extremely helpful to us. It was a pleasure dealing with him. This is the second year we have rented from Paul’s company. Thank you Paul and Merilyn for an exceptionally good experience!!

I stayed in SeaView for a week in Mid November. As long as you can deal with the 6 flights of stairs (and tall people need to duck through some of the doorways), its a perfect perch in an ideal location. The balcony is unsurpassed, there’s nothing better than sipping rose while watching the sunsets, even in winter The entire Go-Nice team was very helpful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I stayed at the Sea View apartment from January until mid April and loved it! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Nice. When we first arrived we were pleased to find that it looked exactly as pictured and had everything as described on the website. Paul was very kind and helpful. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, full of light, quiet, perfectly located and very comfortable. The best part was the unobstructed view of the ocean, and the large deck perfect for sitting in the sun and having outdoor meals. We will miss waking up to a view of the Mediterranean, but hope to come back to Nice soon and stay at this same apartment
