   We had the pleasure of staying for 6 weeks and loved every minute of it, the apartment was perfect for my wife and I. The sea was so close as well as the Massena. Paul was excellent to work with and couldn’t of been any better. I highly recommend this apartment, you won’t find a better neighborhood.

   The apartment is in a superb location. Excellent quality of sheets and towels appreciated very much. The service we received from riviera rentals was impeccable and we shall not hesitate to use them again. We shall return!

   The key collection service & directions were excellent. The apartment was superb - very well equipped & quite spacious for 2 people & very clean. The balcony was a good size - ideal for sitting out wining & dining. It is very well located - close to the beach and central for cafes, bars & shopping. We would definitely use Riviera Rentals again - hopefully in the near future.

   It is a very nice apartement with a spacious living room a separate good kitchen and a bedroom of enough size. The furniture is nice and cosy and the TV is good. The most fantastic thing is the large terass which you reach from all the rooms of the apartement. It has morning sun but was still a fantastic place to spend afternoon and evenings. I had a perfect week in Nice in this apartement and would very much like to return. Although I was alone this time, you could easily live 3 or maybe 4 persons in this apartement.

   A perfectly situated apartment on top floor with a large terrace where you can enjoy the mid day sun. The apt is fully equipped including a barbeque on the terrace. Satellite TV and Hifi makes it all perfect. You are close to all the good restaurants and bars on Rue de France and only one block away for the Promenade. Also, you have access to a private passage from the building direcly to the Promenade. Very nice! I can really recommend this apartment!

   We would like to give our thanks to Paul Manion. With regards to apartment the location is perfect, couldnt have been better. The apartment itself is very much fresh as it was shown on the web. A fully equipped apartment with new and fresh kitchen utensils, beddings, towels, etc. We would highly recommend the services of the Go-Nice for the holiday makers.

   We stayed for a week at the Palais the first week in June, and our experience was so positive that we will do this type of rental again. From picking up the property keys, to opening up the apartment and finding a welcome basket. Seeing the cleanliness of the apartment was a real joy. Paul was very receptive to correcting minor seasonal problems.
   The apartment location is perfect for a couple who enjoys walking and taking their time getting to know the surroundings. Nice is a pefect place to relax, and the Palais Reine Marie is the location to do it. (we traveled from Costa Rica)
