This is a new property on market - we are awaiting feedback
we really enjoyed our stay in Nice. The appartment was very spacious and the bedrooms were nice and quiet at night time because they are situated at the back of the appartment.
the central location of the appartment meant that we were literally 100 metres from beach and right beside shops and restaurants. in essence it is in the middle of hive of activity which really suited us.
Great apartment with all facilities that one can think of. Very close to beach. Walking distance to old town and train station. Fantastic balcony as an extension to the large living room with view over rue de France with much people strolling by. We really enjoyed this apartment.
My family had a comfortable stay at the Gibraltar - the apartment is very spacious and offers most of the facilities you need. The furniture is relatively old and some things were not functioning perfectly (TV, lights, shower), but by and large, we had everything we needed and the staff at Go Nice was very nice and helpful. The terrace is good for having a glass of wine or a quick meal, while watching people passing by Rue de France and without getting sun-burnt! The welcome package was very nice and thoughtful as well, the building was quiet and the neighbors were particularly nice, so overall - we recomment the place.

i had one dreaming week in Nice.
I want to say that first 2 days we were staying in a hotel and we were very desipointed.
But when we moved in this apartment, at the Gibraltar, everything was changed. our holiday started to be like a holiday, even more.
the accomodation its more then you can expect, you have there ALL you need, and whe i say all , belive … it is all … wash machine, tv, electronics for bath, for kitchen, anything you can emagine.
my friend and i had a realy great time in Nice and one of the reasons it was Gibratltar.
we enjoyed very much this apartment and in the future we will aply for him again, and i recomand Gibraltar with all my heart,.
