I had a great stay in this studio apartment. A fantastic location with a gorgeous view which is perfect for anyone wanting to spend some time on the beach. A nice walk into the old town to find restaurants and bars with bundles of character, and some interesting shops suitable for anyone not far away.
There was a great atmosphere and the apartment was clean and had everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitly stay here again.

A great location and what could be better than the view from the roof-top. A clean, compact studio but you still have the feel of roominess with this apartment. 10 mins to everywhere really, but who’s counting time when walking around Nice - commercial Nice or authentic Nice? It’s all right round the corner from the Royal Lux!!
From the time of requesting information regarding renting a studio I was impressed by the professionalism shown. I was informed regarding key access which was so simple, the directions from the airport, and accessing the building right to the apartment door. This was extremely helpful to me. I was very impressed also by the security and cleanliness of the building and found it very quiet.
The apartment was clean and suitable for my needs and spacious with a sea view, but for me the rooftop pool and view was a joy. It is such a central location and so handy for the beach and old town.
I called in to say hello to the team at Go-Nice on passing one day and enjoyed meeting everyone. I would certainly recommend Studio 3 at Royal Luxembourg.
