   We stayed here in July 2010 and it was fantastic. The Go-Nice company really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. The welcome basket they provided is lovely, and the guidebook they have in the apartment is very useful and has pretty much all you need to know about the area inside it. We have had an awful renting experience in Paris the week before, and this rental experience in Nice was a relief- the pictures were representative of the apartment, and we were not scammed of our money. The beds were firm but comfortable, and there is a balcony off the twin bedroom a well as off the living room, which is nice. The kitchen if fully equipped- I made most meals there and never really felt like I was missing out on any kitchenware. The location is in the western side of Nice, which is nice because it is less touristy, but is unfortunately far from the Old Nice area. It is however close to the beach (about 3 blocks away), and very close to shops, restaurants, and several markets. I would surely stay here again!

   We stayed in the Katia residence end of July - beginning of August and the experience was very good. I had to organise rentals of 4 appartments at the same time in the area of central Nice with different agencies and this business experience with Go-Nice was the best!!!
   The appartment itself is very spacious and fits easily 6 people that it’s for. I agree with the comments before the pictures represented well the appartment, that the main bed matrass was a not even, however the sleep after full day on the beach sweaming fatigue was still OK! It’s true that the appartment is far from the Old Nice where all the best restaurants are, but the walk is worth it before a good night sleep (NB out of experience: to sleep in the Old Nice is nearly impossible the first days because of the noise). The access to the beach is very easy! There are some bus stops near the appartment from where it was easy to get a bus to the aeroport, Cannes, Gras, Antibes, Monaco, etc. I would recommend this appartment for the 30-50 years old couples, possibly with grown-ups.
