   This apartment was everything we hoped for; well equipped, clean , very comfortable and with a great location. The centre of Nice, the Old Town, Promenade des Anglais and the beach are all easily reached on foot. Everything in the apartment was “just so” and we really appreciated having an real double bed (recessed in the alcove), rather than just a foldaway sofa-bed. The apartment has a lovely balcony which is perfect for breakfast or a relaxing evening drink. There is well equipment local grocery store not even a minute away, as well as a boulangerie and local bar. The welcome basket was extremely appreciated on arrival and we liked the personal touch of the owner’s instructions as to how everything works. To be honest, we didn’t want for anything and would highly recommend this apartment.
