There is a dining table with 6 chairs in the dining area - this is a stunning and comfortable livingroom - with great views and with direct access to the full terrace/balcony (with table and chairs) makes it perfect for indoor/outdoor dining and relaxation.
BEDROOMS
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms - both with good quality king size double beds, storage cupboards and with direct access onto the balcony from both rooms - they have been very well furnished.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is located on rue du Congres which is in the heart of the Carre d'Or only 50 meters from Pedestrian zone and 100 meters to sea and Promenade des Anglais. The apartment faces East so gets morning and lunchtime sun and overlooks gardens so is very bright and non overlooked.
FLOOR/BUILDING
The apartment is located on 5th floor (top floor) with lift - however you have to walk approx 10 steps to the apartment door.

There is an additional charge of 140 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
