The bedroom is extremely comfy and quiet - a king size double bed and storgae cupboards - the bedroom is at the rear of building so very quiet and overlooks rear gardens - there is also a portable air conditioning unit that cools the bedroom.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is in a classic french building - in the it Carre d'Or area of Nice only approx 300 meters from beach and promenade des Anglais - it has the local market within 50 meters and many shops and resturants within 200 meters.
Living Area
The large and bright livingroom faces south and gets afternoon sun - it has a dining table and 4 chairs, good quality double sofabed, new flat screen Tv and DVD player. 2 comfy armchairs and radio/CD player. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable
Bathroom
There is a large bath - with full bath and shower attachment, there is bidet and handbasin and washing machine - there is a separate WC off the hallway.
Kitchen
The kitchen consists of oven and hob and fridge freezer, toaster and coffee machine, there is also a small breakfast table.
Amenities
This apartment is comfortable, cosy and in a traditional style - there is a portable air conditioning unit in bedroom - which is sufficient to cool the whole apartment when required.

There is an additional charge of 100 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
