The bedrooms are both at rear of apartment - so very quiet - they both have a quality queen size double bed and in 2nd bedroom there is a further single bed - a further single blow-up bed is available (if needed)

This apartment is in a great central location - only 100 meters to old town and 200 meters from Place Massena and main shopping street Jean Medicin - perfect location to explore Nice - do not need a car.

The apartment is on 3rd floor (with lift)

The living area consists of a stunning large lounge approx 45m2 - with 3 meter high ceilings and 3 full length window/doors out onto a balcony. There are 2 white very comfy triple sofas and coffee table and large flat screen Sony TV/DVD and Satelite TV (with english news channels) and a piano - there is a dining table with 6 chairs and some modern contempary statues and African artifacts - the lounge area is very comfortable and bright and homely - perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Nice.

There is a large bathroom - with full bath with shower attachment and double sinks

 A further separate shower-room with walkin shower and sink and WC.

And a 3rd separate WC.

There is a large fully functional kitchen - that overlooks onto the livingroom/dining area. There is an oven, 4 ring hob, full fridge freezer, microwave and full utensils many glasses, and cooking utensils, there is a further utilty room with washing machine, ironing area, and further cooking utensils.

This is a really natural and stunning Nicoise apartment - high ceilings and elegant living. There is brand new air high quality Daikin air-conditioning units installed in both bedrooms and livingroom (from end of May 2011)

There isan additional charge of 160 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
