This apartment has a unique good quality double bed - that lifts into the ceiling when not in use so when the bed is up the sofa can be used and when the bed is required it can be lowered down from ceiling - the system is very easy and can be lowered and raised easily with one hand (it has a counter balance system) The bed area is very cosy and quiet and when shutters are down you have complete silence a further single blow-up bed can be supplied if requested.

The Jardin Pastorelli is a brand new high quality developement in center of Nice - only 200 meters from old town and Jean Medicin high street - this is an excellent area as base - as everything is within a few minutes walk shops, resturants and bars etc.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with lift)  the apartment itself overlooks the internel gardens and faces south.

The apartment has a contemporary style and has frseh and modern furniture and furnishings - there is a flat screen TV (some english news channels) and free Wifi/internet. There is a dining table and 2 chairs, a compfy chair and a 2 person sofa - as described above the bed is lowered from the ceiling when in use. There are double doors onto the very large (approx 18 msq) south facing terrace.

The shower-room is modern - with walkin shower and wash basin and WC.

The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, 2 plate hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer, also coffee maker, toaster, and kettle and full utensils.

This apartment is modern and fresh with quality furnishings it has a lovely sunny terrace (facing south) with views over gardens so very quiet - it has a table and 4 chairs and 2 quality sunbeds. The building is very secure and the partment has air conditioning and air heating systems.

There is an additional charge of 80 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
