The masterbedroom has a very comfortable Kingsize double bed, cupboards, bedside cabinets and there is balcony off the bedroom that overlooks rear gardens and gets evening sun - with fixed air conditioning unit.

The apartment is in a classic french building - in the it Carre d'Or area of Nice only approx 300 meters from beach and promenade des Anglais - it has the local market within 50 meters and many shops and resturants within 200 meters.

The apartment is located on 1st floor (with lift)

The livingroom has a very comfortable feel (the french owners live here during winter months) there is a large sofa and 2 comfy armchairs a flat screnn TV and DVD player in the dining area is a large dining table and chairs - the apartment has lovely quality furnishings and furniture in traditional style making the feel of the apartment very relaxing and comfortable.

The apartment has a large shower-room with walk-in shower and hand basin and cupboards - there is a separate WC off the hallway

The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and full utensils including coffee maker

The apartment is very comfortable, with fixed air conditioning in masterbedroom and a portable unit in livingroom

There is an additional charge of 140 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
