There are 2 lovely double bedrooms located at rear of property and overlooking the church gardens making them very quiet. The masterbedroom has a quality Kingsize double bed - storage cupboards and full length doors that open onto the rear balcony - with many plants and flowers - very tranquil. The 2 bedroom also at rear has a quality queen size double bed and storage cupboards and writing desk - with internet access Wifi/broadband - there is new air conditioning units in both bedrooms.

This is an excellent quality apartment in very good area - you walk-out onto the Pedestrian zone and only 100 meters from Promenade des Anglais and beach and also many restaurants and prestigious shops.

The apartment is located on 5th floor (with lift) it spans from the front to back of building.

The living area of the apartment is very comfortable with a very relaxed lived in feel - with many plants and flowers on the front and rear balconies - The livingroom is very spacious with large L shaped double sofabed large TV and Satelite channels (including english news and BBC prime) The full length double window/doors open onto a lovely balcony - that faces south getting afternoon sun (with table and 2 chairs) There is a large dining table and chairs for 6 persons and plenty of storage space.

A newly modernised shower-room - with quality walkin shower and large handbasin. There is a separate WC in hallway.

A genuine full kitchen - which is rare for a holiday apartment - including oven, hob, large american fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and full utensils - the kitchen also has small breakfast bar - and opens up onto rear balcony.

This is a genuine home from home apartment - very comfortable and relaxed - and in fantastic central location. There is no air conditioning - but because of apartments design - there is a continuously through breeze which cools the apartment as needed - there are fans in each bedroom. This is a very comfortable place - ideal for mature family or group.

There is an additional charge of 140 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
