On entry you have a large livingroom with flat screen TV a sofabed and 2 armchairs, dining table with 6 chairs and a stunning view with views over the Bay of Nice the living room has double glazed doors that lead onto an 8m2 balcony (with sun chairs) facing south getting sun majority of day.

There is a large bathroom with bath/shower and separate WC.

There is dining table and 6 chairs and open kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer and full utensils.

 There is an additional charge of 140 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
