The studio is in a very quiet and luxury building - which is inturn inside a gated resort - there is direct access (through an underpass) to beachfront area and there are plenty of local resturants and shops.

This is a lovely modern and bright 3rd floor studio apartment. The apartment is located in a luxury building and complex which is only 4 years old.

The large living area has a kingsize double and large and very comfortable L shaped sofa/bed (double), a wall mounted TV with english channels including Sky news and BBC. Outside there is a large spacious terrace with chairs for 4 persons - very peaceful with views overlooking gardens and swimmingpool.

On your right you have a shower-room with walk in shower.

On entry to your left you have a kitchen area with cooking plate, microwave and utensils

There is use of a lovely swimmingpool on the complex.  The apartment comes with a parking space. This is an ideal studio for a single person or couple that want quality and tranquil accommodation with easy access to all ammenities.

There is an additional charge of 80 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
