This is a lovely sunny and bright studio apartment located at top floor (6th floor) of brand new developement. The building has been finished to a very high quality - with Italian design. The studio has a very good quality double bed (queen size) that pulls down from wall - when not in use it can be flipped up to the wall and a double sofa shows. In the living area is a large flat screen TV (with some Satelite channels) a small dining table and 2 chairs.

The building is located in the Musiciens area of Nice - very central approx 500 meters to beach and promenade des Anglais, 700 meters to old town and approx 300 meters to main central train station - there are plenty of local supermarkets and resturants.

The apartment is on 6th floor (with lift) facing West - getting the afternoon and evening sun.

The living area is approx 20 meters square - but very well organised and has plenty of light - and the large double doors (double glazed) open up onto the balcony - giving an inside/outside feel - on the balcony there is a small table and 2 chairs - perfect for glass of wine or breakfast crossiant.

The shower-room is very spacious and has good quality shower - sink and WC also in shower-room is a washing machine.

The kitchen area has dishwasher, microwave, double cooking plate, and fridge freezer, coffee maker, and toaster and all cooking utensils.

The apartment is brand new with full facilities - it has air conditioning and double glazing.

There is an additional charge of 80 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.

Parking is potentially available (directly under building) at further 50 euros per week - please advise.
