The apartment is located in the prestigious Carre d'Or area of Nice - only 100 meters from Ave Jean Medicin (main high street) and Pedestrian zone - approx 300 meters from beach front and Promenade des Anglais and 500 meters from Place Massena and entry to old town - it has plenty local boutique shops and resturants.
FLOOR/BUILDING
The apartment is between the ground and 1st floor at the rear of the building - you need to climb approx 12 steps to enter.
Living Area
The livingroom is really spacious and bright - you have a triple sofabed and arm chair - there are 2 double aspect full length window/doors that open onto the rear terrace. A large flat screen Tv with DVD and Sat Tv (including english channels, Sky news, CNN and BBC world) there is free internet access Wifi and Broadband. The livingroom has been very nicely furnished with wall pictures and lights - and has a very comfortable and cosy feel - especially with the easy access onto the terrace. There is an American kitchen and dining table with 4 chairs - there is air conditioning in livingroom - the cools the whole apartment.

There is a full tiled bathroom - with bath/shower and attachment.
Kitchen
The kitchen has full facilities and utensils - full oven, hob, microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher - and washing machine (that is housed in cupboard on terrace) the kitchen is open planned and perfect for cooking and preparing meals for the terrace.
