Les Jardin de Silenia is in a very tranquil location in the hills of West Nice - approx 100 meters above sea level - makes the air cleaner/fresher and often a gentle cooling breeze. The complex is relaxed with a lovely sunny swimmingpool.

The apartment is on the ground floor - the building complex is very secure with entry gate system then key to entry door of building then apartment itself.
Living Area
The livingroom has dining table and 4 chairs, 2 comfy chairs and 2 single bed/chairs - there is TV and hi-fi/radio and CD/DVD player - there are large double doors out onto the terrace - the apartment faces West and gets afternoon and evening sun.

There is a large shower room with handbasin. There is a separate WC in the hallway

This is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, mini-oven, dishwasher and washing machine and full cooking utensils - with door with direct access onto terrace

This is the perfect base for exploring Nice and surrounding areas - as includes secure parking and has easy access to motorway and major roads - whilst also being very relaxing location and being able to enjoy a late afternoon swim etc.

There is an additional charge of 100 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival.
