The main bedroom is a Superkingsize bed (1.80 x 2m) again with double windows (facing south) overlooking the rear gardens. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed and storage cupboards and ensuite WC and washbasin.

This is a very tranquil 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of central Nice - 300 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the main pedestrian zone.

The apartment is at the rear of the building (facing south) and is very quite and calm. It overlooks the buildings own private gardens; which provide a secure environment to relax in and for children to play.

The apartment entrance hall has ornate mosaic tiles pattern flooring and there is parquet flooring throughout. The large south facing living room has double windows and is furnished with a sofa and double sofa bed; together with a large TV and stereo/CD.

There is a large bathroom with walk-in shower and also washing machine.

There is an American kitchen with full facilities including a dishwasher.

There is an additional charge of 120 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning of the apartment after your departure. The apartment is supplied with very high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.

This is a very comfortable and homely apartment - great central location whilst being very quiet. This is ideal for couple or family up to 4 persons.
