This apartment is in a unique location - in quiet traditional pedestrian cul-de-sacoff from the main pedestrian zone and only approx 200 meters from beach front - plenty of local resturants and shops - truly in the heart of action - but the apartment itself is oasis of calm.

The apartment is on 1st floor and is accessed directly from outside via approx 15 steps.

The living area is really spacious, fresh and bright - This is a unique apartment in extremely central but quiet location designed by local architect - who happens to be Marion's (the owners) father. It has been maticulously planned and designed giving it a truly personal and unique ambiance and feel. On arrival you open the front door and the whole apartment is in front of you - with open planned kitchen and very spacious living and dining area. There is a large good quality Sofabed and flat screen TV and Wifi/internet access. The livingroom has 2 double windows facing west that get plenty of afternoon sun. There is a light wood floors throughout - you can feel immediately the apartment has been designed with love and care.

There is a bright shower-room with WC, hand basin and walkin shower and storage cupboards.

The american kitchen is open planned with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 2 plate hob and full facilities.

The apartment has air conditioning in bedroom and livingroom, has soft light wood floors, has some unique design features and wall pictures and is absolutely charming.

There is an additional charge of 100 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and the supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival.

A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
