To the front of the apartment - it has your 2 main bedrooms - the master bedroom has a kingsize bed and storage cupboards - there is a sunny balcony off this (with table and 2 chairs) The 2nd bedroom has 2 comfy twin beds and storage cupboards.The 3rd bedroom/study has a sofa/bed (good quality)

This a stunning and luxury 3 bedroom apartment - located in quiet residential area of Musiciens - within 300 metres of the Pedestrian zone - and 500 metres to beach front and Promenade des Anglais.

On the 5th floor (with lift) you enter through a large security door - to a spacious hallway to your left is the large and very comfortable livingroom - 2 double sofas and flat screen TV with Sat channels - this overlooks the rear of building and is quiet and sunny - there is a large american kitchen area and dining area - including full facilities, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.  There is a very nice and spacious bathroom - with bath and shower attachments and WC - in 3rd bedroom there is office desk with computer and internet access (supplied free) There is a further shower-room and separate WC. There is air conditioning units in both front bedrooms (which are also double glazed) This apartment is very charming and bright and retained many original features parquet flooring and corniches it has a very agreeable feel and being a true home from home - highly recommended for familys up to 6 guests.

There is an additional charge of 160 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
