There is a double sofabed, small table and 2 chairs, which can also be used on the balcony. There is a flat screen TV and Hi Fi/CD/DVD/ipod connection. There is a small kitchen and a small balcony, which is accessed from full length French doors. Plenty of storage is available in the form of a wardrobe, large and small chests of drawers and a blanket box for storage/seating.
BEDROOMS
This cosy studio apartment has a good quality sofabed (width is 1.20m x legth is 1.90m) suitable for young couples or single person the sofabed can be made into sofa during day and bed at night.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
Located in the prestigious Carre d'Or area of Nice - just 10 meters from Pedestrian zone and 100 meters from Promenade des Anglais and beach area - the area is full of many restaurants cafes and luxury shops.
FLOOR/BUILDING
The studio is located on the 2nd floor of the building (with lift) and overlooks the central courtyard which means it is very quiet as no passing traffic or street noise.

There is an additional charge of 80 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
