In the bedroom you find a double bed and plenty of storage room - with airconditioning in bedroom. The bathroom is off the bedroom and also the balcony.

This sunny top floor apartment is 10 minutes walk from the beach, Nice city centre and old town. You have easy access to all shops and restaurants, and railway station with most car rental companies is a five minute stroll away. Airport is a 20 minute drive away.

Bourgeois style, bright round living room is in a corner tower with three windows, which have beautiful views to surrounding hills around Nice.

There is a TV with english news channels including BBC world and CNN and free of charge Wifi/ADSL internet access. There is a sunny, south-facing balcony is off the bedroom and has enough room for you to enjoy your croissant and coffee in the morning.

En-suite bathroom has a rain shower and bath tub, as well as a sky-light window.

There is a separate quest toilet in the hallway.
