The 2 bedrooms are at the rear of apartment - The master bedroom has good quality king size double bed, 2 bedside tables and storage cupboards and dressing table. The 2nd bedroom has 2 large single/twin beds that can be put together to create large double, also have bedside tables and storage cupboards, both bedrooms have double glazing and air conditioning.

An bright and fully renovated 2 bedroom apartment right in the heart of Carre d'Or central Nice - only 200 meters to Promenade des Anglais and beach and 200 meters from start of Pedestrain - many local shops and resturants in local area.

The apartment is located on 4th floor with no lift.

On entry into the livingroom area you have stunning light - as apartment faces West - and gets the afternoon sun with 2 full length double doors that open up onto balcony - that spans the length of the livingroom. The living room as 3 areas - to your right is the lounge area with large very comfortable sofa and designer armchair and foot rest - with large flat screen TV - it has free for view english channels and DVD player and very stylish heater. There is a large dining table with 4 chairs and an american kitchen - both doors lead out onto balcony - so makes it perfect for some wine with al fresco dining or your coffee and croissant for breakfast. The balcony has table and 2 chairs and gets sun from midday until evening - from the balcony - you can see sea Palm Tree on Promenade des Anglais - hence name Palm Tree.

The shower-room is really cool with contemporary black tiles and large walk-in shower with double overhead and hand shower and large hand basin.

The kitchen area has oven, hob, large american fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. It has been very well equipped and has full utensils - the kitchen is open-plan and has a door that opens onto balcony - giving easy access and great light.

There is full airconditioning fitted throughout the apartment - individual units in livingroom and the 2 bedrooms. The apartment is very bright and fresh with a contemporary style - perfect for either family or 2 couples to enjoy an apartment perfectly located only 200 meters from beach.

There is an additional charge of 140 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
