A charming and bright 2 bedroom 4th/top floor apartment (no lift) great location only 150 meters from Promenade des Anglais and beach in the presitigious Carre d'Or area of Nice - on rue Meyerbeer.

The stunning aspect of the property is the livingroom and the 3 full length windows onto balcony - facing West this gets the afternoon and evening sun and gives great light into the apartment giving you true enjoyment of the Riviera light and sun.

The living room has a quality sofa and 2 armchairs - with wall pictures and dining table for 4 persons - it has been exquisitely furnished - there is a large flat screen TV, DVD, (english news channels BBC, CNN and Sky news) and free internet/Wifi access and Ipod/radio. The full length balcony spans approx 8 meters along the side of livingroom and kitchen - catching sun from lunchtime - through to evening and giving sea view (from a distance) there is table and 2 chairs - perfect for breakfast - or glass of wine.

The apartment also offers 2 shower-rooms - a double sink shower-room with stepin shower and a smaller shower-room with wc.
