This is a lovely sunny apartment with absolutely stunning views facing south over the Albert Premier gardens and sea. This large studio has a quality double sofabed (1.20m width x 1.90m length) and further single sofabed - so suitable for up to 3 persons - though ideal for a couple.

The apartment is in a very presitigious location - overlooking gardens with local access to luxury shops and resturants - access to apartment is via pedestrian zone.

The apartment is located on 4th floor of building - and faces directly south. The access is via a pedestrian walkway from the Pedestrian zone - there is a lift from 3rd - 4th floor - but you walk up the initial 2 flights of stairs.

The apartment is approx 30m2 with large double glazed full length window door that sheds light throughout the apartment - the window opens onto a "Juliette" balcony which allows you to stand outside and take in the stunning views. There is also a flat screen TV, SAt TV with some english news channels and internet access Wifi and ethernet and DVD player.

The large shower-room has good quality shower, handbasin, WC and bidet - it also has a washing machine.

The kitchen is well equipped, with oven, 4 plate hob, fridge, freezer and full utensils.

The apartment is double glazed, very quiet and secure and has a new air conditioning system so cool in summer months.

There is an additional charge of 80 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
