The living room opens up onto a large terrace (approx 15msq) with wooden table and chairs (perfect for outdoor dining) - the terrace is south facing on to a courtyard and garden and quiet.  The living room and two bedrooms all open directly on to the terrace.

The bathroom has a bath with stand-in bath shower and there is also a 2nd independent toilet of the hallway. A hairdryer is also provided.

On entry there is a hallway leading to a fully equipped kitchen (including hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher).

There is a telephone for incoming and emergency outgoing calls and WiFi Internet service. There is air-conditioning throughout.
